As a surgeon, what is the most shocking thing anyone has said to you during surgery?

 Patients under anaesthesia often say unexpected or humorous things during surgery. Here are some notable examples:

One patient, after being sedated, began passing gas loudly and laughing uncontrollably. She then grabbed her chest and exclaimed, "Fruit Loops, Fruit Loops!" before passing out. 


A horse trainer, while under anaesthesia, started discussing a horse he believed was a sure winner. This led the operating room staff to place bets on the horse, which ultimately finished second. Those who bet on it to place were pleased, while others were disappointed. The patient had no memory of the incident afterwards. 

Another patient, upon waking from surgery, groggily asked, "I didn't soil my pants, did I?" expressing concern about potential bodily functions during the procedure.
